What the service entails:

  • Full body scan which takes about 10-15 minutes

In preparation for the scan:

Medical-grade DEXA scan, considered the gold standard for measuring bone mineral density, which scans the lumbar spine, hip and/or forearm.

Highly accurate and precise measurement that can be safely repeated over time to evaluate changes in bone density as you age.

Objective imaging results and a technical report are provided for you to review with your ordering or treating physician. LiveWell does not interpret diagnostic imaging results. All findings must be interpreted and discussed by a licensed physician.

What the service entails:

  • The test takes approximately 30 minutes
  • Client wears a heart rate monitor and metabolic mask to measure oxygen.
  • Performs a progressive treadmill test with increasing stages of intensity
  • PDF report with results is provided after the test for review with wellness member
